Nails on Collins
I put this logo together when I was designing the accompanying marketing collateral. Nails on Collins didn't have any existing branding or specific colours, but I thought some identity common to both pieces would tie the creative concept together nicely. The owner, Val liked the combination of greens with pinks, so I used a combination of bright fuchsia, a pale pink and an apple green for a pretty look with a bit of pizazz!

Aerotech Associates of Australia
I put this logo together when I was building the accompanying website. Aerotech didn't have any existing colours or branding, but I thought the site should have a strong masthead to compensate for the fact that the rest of the site was going to be very clean and lean!
Starting with a deep, warm blue, I chose black for contrast and sourced a very sharp, angular font which put me in mind of machinery and helicopter blades. That, together with another OCR style font, worked really well to capture the feel of the business.

The logo and identity I put together for my blog, design & personal identity. Using my favourite colours of red and aqua and a nice, solid, typewriter font.

Patchwork in a Packet
This logo was created for Patchwork in a Packet, a concept for an online patchwork store. The proposition for Patchwork in a Packet was that customers could purchase kits or “packets” that would contain fabric, threads and patterns to make up various patchwork projects.
I was asked to develop a logo and identity for the website that could be carried through in packaging, stickers, business cards and other marketing collateral. The brief was to use pinks and chocolates, to create a professional look that was still approachable and friendly to it’s target market.

StainEasy
This logo was created for a product in development going by the name of StainEasy. The StainEasy product concept was to produce a professional quality, pre-mixed, spray on stain and varnish in one. StainEasy’s selling point was that it could seal, protect and stain the timber in one simple application and was aimed at the home handyman market for sale in retail hardware stores, like Bunnings.
My brief was to create an identity that would appeal to homeowners, both men and women, as well as something that would both stand out from competing products on the shelves as well as looking established.
