Elements Spa & Skin Aesthetics
Using the logo and devices from the existing Elements Spa artwork, I customised a simple WordPress template, which really suited their menu-style content. WordPress is also a great way for small businesses to take advantage of it's simple content management system, allowing them to update content themselves without the need to learn html!
I added a taupe background to compliment their earthy colours of chocolate and green and a pretty handwritten script font {Pea Mariella} to contrast the clean and round Century Gothic used throughout. Adding an image slider to the front page to advertise their latest monthly special packages and utilising the blog interface for the home page, essentially allows the team to connect with clients and keep them up to date with current news. Elements Spa also engage with clients using social media, so Facebook "like" buttons appear on pages of the site and a link to their page can be found in the right-hand column alongside contact details and opening hours.

BEAT Home Loans
BEAT Home Loans are a non-bank lender offering home loans and mortgages that are simple and low cost. BEAT’s point of difference in the lending marketplace is to save you thousands by beating your interest rate.
This most recent facelift to the BEAT site, designed while I was working for Liberty Financial, was to bring a more “retail” look to the BEAT brand. This was done by introducing a human face to the site with customer-focused photography, a clean, simple and easy to navigate structure as well as a range of icons and buttons to give the site a more cohesive feel.

Aerotech Associates of Australia
Aerotech GSE specialise in sourcing and supplying both new and refurbished aircraft ground support equipment, for general and regional aviation.
As a small business, the main priority of Aerotech’s new site was the ability for them to update copy, product information, blog or “what’s new” posts as well as having a clean and simple port of call for their client base. To this end the site was developed with a Wordpress framework and a simple, clean colour palette.

Shane Patterson Saddlery
Shane Patterson Saddlery is a family run business specialising in custom saddlery items and personal, friendly service. Located in the Melbourne CBD, next to Flemington Racecourse and the Royal Melbourne Showgrounds.
Shane was after a clean, classic site to display his custom saddlery pieces. The finished design incorporates a simple colour palette and straight-forward navigation, showcasing Shane’s work with concise descriptions and a wealth of images.
